It's always "America's fault" or "our arrogant foreign policy coming home to roost" with these SCUM. Well we have trained and educated millions - some become Noriega and some become Fox. What they become is a result of their own character. Do we Dahmer or McVeighs' college professors for their crimes??? We have also give TRILLIONS of dollars in aid... What happens with it cannot always be controlled. Should the US be blamed for the Taliban or OBL because we provided financial assistance, miltary and humanitarian aid to freedom fighters in Afghanistan? These arguments are typical LEFT WING SOPHISTRY disguising their hatred for America.

That is complete BS....and FYI my friend it has been the CIA CIA TIME AFTER TIME that has screwed up... that goes from Carter to Bush to Clinton and now to BUSH II... You think the presidents are going over to places to see exactly what factory building is making what. Who do you think told him it was the place to bomb, or in Bushes case why Sadam got so many troops so close to Kuwait without warning? or why Carter wasn't informed that the Shah was on the out list of the people.
