Elmer... RE:"Your technical expertise speaks for itself." Well, I hear you but the "Mhz Sells" concept is very simple... Much maligned at first by the technically enlightened...btw. Just as the P4 is inferior in IPC it is superior in MHz... Now we know which one sells...as if we didn't all along. Intel understands it perfectly well..and is pushing the P4 hard and slowly abandoning P-III. And they are very smart to do that. Jim
