Interesting! Thanks for telling me. I found a reference about SI in Newsweek a few years ago. I'd just broken my writing hand and could do nothing I loved (gardening, cooking etc.), so I turned on my computer and found the site.... I'd love to hear others' stories of how they found SI as well.

you political animal all this talk about pilots, planes and safety I was wondering why the pilot's compartment of an airplane is called the cockpit? is that what the Wright's tagged it?
