I hope Congress will ban short selling (or suspend short selling as Hong Kong govenment did after 1998 Asia financial market meltdwon). Less than two years after that, Hong Kong market rally from 5000 to 15000+. (Now it is at 9500 level).

If the Congress can ban shorting selling, that 's the best thing they can do for American people (and the world) now.

Sounds to me like you'll never get that buy in. You'll just keep lowering it. Only way is for a surprise crash, which even then you might not get it filled.
I bought more today at $6.50
