I remember watching tice on cnbc 2 or 3 years ago....before he even opened his mouth, you could just tell he was a bear....I dont know, he just has the anal retentive look about him...but I am sure he is enjoying his ay in the sun....I just hope it rains on him and the bears sometime soon..... One thing I look at as a positive with buying a quality stock very beaten down is, how much room is there left for the shorts.....I mean alot of people think jdsu may go alow lower, but honestly, if you were looking for a short would you take something that had a maximum $5 upside, and thats if the stock goes to ZERO....assume you think jdsu or ntap or fdry is going to $2 or $3, or even $1.....wouldnt shorts prefer to look at something with more upside potential for them, instead of shorting something with limited upside and possible immense downside if a big rally were to happen...heck a few days ago jdsu was up like 40%+ in 2 days....of course she has come back down....but you see my point......are quality stocks that we believe will survive long term not fairly safe from the shorts at $5??Maybe I need to smoke some of that west coast stuff<ggg>, or any stuff<ggg>, cause i sure as hell dont know whats going on...
