That's exactly because of people like you that the fat cat bureaucrats can do whatever they want and no one 'get it'. Do you really think that the US became a 10 trillion dollar economy by being this goddy-goody country that exists in your mind? Look, goody-goody country get an economy -maximum- the since of Canada. The basic school system of the US has to be changed so that international subjects are taught so that the people become more better able to gauge the complexities of the world. But I doubt the Washington bureaucracy would want that. Popele better educated in internatioonal subjects are very difficult to fool.
