I bought some OIH, QQQ, and emergimg market funds the last 2 days. All very cheap and primed to rally even if the final lows are not yet in. Now wish I had bought more OIH since the OSX (which OIH tracks) rose 3.5% today.

But also back into gold funds after exiting last Friday. The best is yet to come there IMHO although the timing is uncertain as always. If Andy Smith is right about $340 POG there are huge gains ahead

i don't know if any of you have heard of or follow the inter-market relationship analysis by kevin klombies, but he has been really good calling the daily twists and turns of these markets for at least the last two years. in the sept. 28 imra he shows us tbond futures versus mexican brady bond futures from 1997 to today. the brady bonds of today look like they have rolled over and appear to have broken down even as the tbond has been moving up nicely again toward 107. something similar happened back in mid-1998 as the brady's broke down but the us tbonds raced on up from about 102 to about 110. this was just before the russian default and the se asian mess. so the question is is another financial collapse on the way? i am not going to get too bold in stocks until this divergence resolves itself. maybe this tbond upmove lately is some type of early sign of crisis type capital flows. let's see how the brady bond futures do. www.krk-imra.com is the webpage for the imra. by the way klombies has also written some articles on gold in the gold eagle.
