Jacob, There can be no final victory over terrorism, until all nations (and all minorities within them) have a stake in the Global Village Status Quo. At the moment, about 4 billion don't. A per capita income of 3000$ (not including the elites), an infant mortality rate less than 20/1000, a 95% literacy rate, these things at a bare minimum are required before final victory is possible. We have had many, many differences over the years on this thread. I do not believe I was ever in such strong agreement with anything you have said as I was with this statement. Well said. Brian
