Great analysis, John. It's nice to finally have the 10-K so we can get these specifics around your assertion that the falling stock price would decimate Cisco's cash flows. Looks like you were right.

Anyway, so if their stock price stays in the dump for awhile then their cash flows will suffer pretty bad this fiscal year. Conversely, if I am right and the stock starts to rise beginning in November, then they could start to find the virtuous cycle reasserting istelf. Boy, this is some good food for thought, isn't it?

Isn't there another side to the equation? Doesn't dilution also fall off a cliff if employees aren't exercising options?
