Never did much with volume studies either, but felt the opportunity to take a peek was worth the effort. And I like the CLX as well for defining volume movements. Cycles get many people very excited. So they produce a lot of interest...., and I do use some types of cycles, but don't look at them as a requirement that because something happened in the past it will do it again. Use them more as 'windows of opportunity' for change and believe Time pivots are more important then price.
