Donald Robertson, VP of Sales, Cantor Fitzgerald

New York, Sept. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Donald Robertson Jr., 35,
vice president of sales, Cantor Fitzgerald LP.

Robertson, of Rumson, New Jersey, graduated from Lynchburg
College and Montclair State University.

A day after a hijacked jetliner struck and destroyed the
north tower of the World Trade Center, where Robertson worked on
the 105th floor, a group of friends went to New York to look for
him, according to the Newark Star-Ledger.

``What we did for him is only half as much as he would have
done for us,'' Michael Fiore told the paper. ``I've known Donald
for 30 years and he was always there to provide moral, financial
or whatever support you needed.''

His father, Donald Robertson Sr., recalled how, at a family
gathering this summer, his son was spontaneous with affection.

``He came out of nowhere, put his arm around my neck, and
says: `Pop, I love you,' and gives me a kiss,'' Robertson Sr. said
in the Star-Ledger.

The younger Robertson played hockey and served on his
church's golf committee.

A celebration of Robertson's life will be held by his parents:
