One way to find out is to look their statements for long term committments, etc. or dilutive, fixed price-variable share acquisitions (liek CMGI did with Tallan). Regarding the fixed long term charges note that some companies got into deep trouble by renting whole office towers for 15 years - noncancellable at premium $100+/sq.ft prices...

Even yahoo had to negotiate hard after they bought egroups and had to close their SF offices...I believe to remember they paid 3 years as breakup fee.

AVCI is toast. Another POS GTZ losing its lungs.

AVCI obviously doesnt.
