Well, probably a backward example since the US is usually considered to be the world bully, imposing it's position on others. My point is that there will always be those [especially given the above roll] who dislike us and would wish us ill. Since the beginning of time cave man has clubed the life out of his neighbor for a leg of lamb.

I'm sure we could persue them forever, time for a little out of the box thinking?
