No I mean PEs are coming down, but yes of course earnings are coming down as well. That is the reason you are seeing such radical drops in prices. The reality is just that, earnings are collapsing, prices have to collapse just for PEs to stay even, let alone come down. Believe it or not, this is the problem the average Joe Investor does not get. He just looks at price and not the most important fundamentals. You think stocks are cheap here!!! You will be blown away at were things will trade at the bear market bottom. I mean blown away - people will be crying and it will take 25 years just to make their money back. This is what happened after the 1929 collapse. All the best West
