It looks to me like the things Jon is talking about would have to be new instances of Rundll pointing to other .dll besides the power management routine. It does not appear they would need an existing Rundll process to jump on. It does sound like the Rundll that sometimes shows up with a page fault error could be some other process, and that w/o some added utility I won't know what it is. BWDIK I do know that when he machine starts up w/o that IDE error that got me going down this road, it is a lot more stable.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I'll try running w/o the power manager. Every little bit helps. My Processor Usage goes to the max when the market gets busy, and I can definitely feel the effects.
