Well, the NAS has been oversold FOR ALL OF 2001.

And that is just what I am saying, capitulation talk is pure BS.

Now show me a VIX of 80 and we are talking.

But all oversold indicators are meaningless for now as far as the longer term trend.

Oh and ZEEV, have you run the oversold, overboughts for the VIX of late. It cannot drop much further, your run will be VERY short lived if at all.

Friday should tell the tale, we have GDP, and maybe we get lucky and get a FOMC run into early next week.

IMO the data is not conclusive just yet, just pure hyperboil and speculation at this juncture. Friday will paint a clearer picture.

I do not like action in Utilities and the Transports are close to topping out once again.
