Not necesarily racial profiling. The people who have been picked up and detained have been detained on the basis of specific suspicions. Might not rise to the level of probable cause for arrest, but there are reasons. See that LA Times article I posted to OMD about the detentions. There's a guy who was picked up in the DC area on the 11th. Police got suspicious when he said he was going in two different directions at the same time, and was driving around on a flat tire, run down to the rim. Lied about his citizenship and, lo and behold, he had a flight training manual with him.

I don't think that is racial profiling. That's just good police work.
