They happen to be living on the property at the time. If there is a chage of status, the local inhabitants surely should ahve first crack at continuing the staus quo, since they are most familiar and indigenous to that land. How can a guy from Sheepshead Bay be more qualified to claim land over a native Palestinian? As I stated previously, the Arabs want the Palestinians relocated back to their land that was either directly confiscated or were scared off by a military/economic invasion.
