Perhaps but we are making a dent. There are no more pure plays except e-commerce service firms. Every existing B2C commerce site with merchandise has a brick and mortar presence. Amazon excluded because their agreements with existing traditional stores are very temporary.

I sure missed a tremendous stock play on JC Penney which I really should have seen coming. My focus was too narrow. Their on-line site which I believe to be created in house is second to none. One may return or exhange any purchase from the on-line site at any of their stores. That did not need to add much capital expenditures for fulfillment because that was in place from their catalogue operation. It is just a perfect mix.
