Yep... Russia's a basketcase... And it requires a strong hand to bring order to the country and overcome the influence of the gangs.. Kinda like Capone and Chicago... Except that Russian legal statutes are strict enough, and not enforced. Where's the Russian equivalent of Elliot Ness and his "untouchables"?? Btw, this is why I believe Putin will try to draw closer to the US over this terrorism issue. It provides him the political cover to obtain US economic support, while bringing those lawless elements in Russian society under control. Hawkmoon
