John...I absolutely agree that day trading isn't the best strategy for cc call writing...it's simply in this market it's difficult not to take a profit that is staring you in the face. Under normal conditions I would let a fat premium run it's course and be very happy for the extra income...but in this climate, I'm playing the swings, for what it's worth. Good Luck. PoetTrader
