Hi Elmat, the PRC economy is forecasted to have a reduced rate of GDP growth, from 7.z+ % down to 6%. Worldwide reduction in enthusiasm for future benefits will force the Hakkas to retrench as well. My friend in Hawaii is now concerned about the economy, as opposed to being bullish the last time I was here (May).

The top hotels in Hawaii are at 30% occupancy.

I think land will be repriced soon.
