I understand the new sec chief is tilting to relaxing the FD
(fair disclosure) rule under the dint of the events of 11 Sept. If they do that, they will really piss off a lot small investors.

Also, the FASB has a new accounting rule, again based on the 11 Sept event. The doc is called
"Accounting for the impact of the terrorist attacks of 11 Sept." I bet this thing will be mis-used to the max...

Each of these things is bad enough, but taken together, it is a pretty good sized slap in the faces of investors, Imo...

I think if some of the more conservative southern senators were to learn about Naked shorting they would be up in arms. Heck anything naked should be against the law.
