I checked my log book sailing dates vs the market index and the correlation is poor. Sorry about that.

OT thread,
Do you folks remember the plane crash off of Long Island that eventually was blamed on the Egyptian pilot? Could that pilot, in reality, have been trying to thwart a hijacking by suicidal terrorist rather than being one himself? Perhaps he took the plane down to avoid aiming it at a high profile target?
