My problem is with the size of it. What is the right (optimal size) of government? This side of the pendulum is: Government only take care of defense and enforcing that the a minimum legal frame work is followed and get the hell out of the way. The opposite side is: The government pamper you from cradle to grave. Like Saudi Arabia where you have no rights like in a western country biut you don' pay taxes either. To find the way in between, we have to have an enlightened population that would be keeping the government in a tigh leash. Now if you are too American and think that the system of government is wonderful, the fat cats bureaucrats have field day.
