The Liberty incident was on June 8th, yes? But Israel attacked Syria (but not the Golan Heights) on June 5th, three days earlier! It was in all the newspapers. You are taking an attack on the Golan Heights, at the culmination of the war, and concluding wrongly that this was the first fighting with Syria, which is bigger than just the Golan Heights. And you criticize MY research? That's a laugh.

You may want to look at the chronology, and prepare your apology.
