There is no such exemption. There is coyness about how we will deal with various regimes. Meanwhile, special ops are probably fighting in Afghanistan, and other troops are getting in position.......

Talking about what is going on is his responsibility. He has done so in a measured and determined way. This is a good thing. Your assertion that he is whipping up hysteria is simply false.

Where honors are due, they should be given. Morale is important. It is good to see he knows that.

You have no Idea who is exempted and who is not. Time alone will tell.

And if someone cooperates, what would you have us do,, bomb them anyway ?
