Denver is a major tech lay-off area,no? i ask this because property prices in my 900 population community are going through the roof and our only industry is lobsters:)The buyers driving up the prices are people from NYC itself or that area--so hoping we don't get caught in a real-estate collapse.
Thus far,it seems to be area specific.
BTW,from a fellow i know that is a house builder says he is picking up talk from homebuilder friends in Florida saying the BOOM in homebuilding in Florida is definitely tailing off, they think boom cycle is about to end--they should be the first to know.Max
