1. anything that doesn't make P4 look good
2. benchmarks not optimized for the p4
3. any benchmarks not approved by Intel
4. any benchmarks the don't use Intel compilers and make the P4 look good.
5. Anything but about 9 benchmarks...
6. most non bapco/intel benchmarks also, Quake3 or SPEC.

Could you please list a few applications and benchmarks you consider as 'new code'? They should be readily available and come from an independent party (so SPEC is okay but Intel made benchmarks not). This is no trick question, I am just interested in your opinion.
