BLD.T LIST suggestion, based on announcement of the commercial launch of the Nexa power module.

There are a couple of big, as yet unanswered questions, one what will Ballard charge companies using Nexa in their mass-marketed products, and two, how quickly will sales for the new technology grow....we'll have a better clue to these answers when Ballard releases the price and initial production volumes.

biz.yahoo.com

"Sept. 27, 2001--Ballard Power Systems (NASDAQ:BLDP - news; TSE:BLD. - news) announced today the commercial launch of its Nexa(TM) power module - the world's first volume-produced proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell system designed for integration by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) into a wide variety of industrial and consumer end-product applications."

First impact date, the end of the year?

"The first commercial result of Ballard´s NexaTM power module activity will be a portable generator for consumer use introduced by Coleman Powermate in the United States later this year"
