Charles, I agree. There are a ton of them working in the valley. Most on H-1b's. Lots are going back to Bangalore now. But they take their experiences with them & will influence lots and lots of their fellow countrymen. Some of the engineers are women!! Believe it or not. Interestingly, their thinking is very unusual for the typical Indian female. They look, act, & talk more & more like Americans. Some are very talented engineers as well. You know marriages are still in large part arranged in India. The concept of free will is new to Indian women. However, it is becoming increasingly common.
