Yes, the two concepts are linked. Perhaps but that is not what your original post discussed. You changed the topic to try and divert away from the baseless charge. No one is fooled by such a thing. But to your 2nd point, you base your argument on a false premise : taking the actions of a criminal prosecution. You have no Idea what actions are and are not being taken. You only see the public side. It is arrogant and quite foolish to claim otherwise. Besides, we know and have known that there have been troops on the ground in Afghanistan for at least a week now. This proves the premise of your argument false. When the premise of the argument is false, all that follows is non sequitor. The raid on Tokyo was 4 months after Pearl Harbor I take it you are claiming that a military raid is what distinguishes a war? No, the attack on us clearly constitutes a war.
