I for one would recommend that we let the represtative governments of the other nations take care of their people and any aid we provide, we must make sure it goes to the people and programs for which it is directed and not to line the pockets of officials who will do what we 'desire' while they rob the funds and use those funds to rob and suppress their people who go on to hate america for its 'help'.>>>>>>> You would "recommend" how that generous gift of money be spent and who do you think cares what you "recommend?"
