Actually I was not talking just about visitation.
Visitation is one thing...illegal immigration is another.

No doubt. What was the reason the INS gave?
Usually when I hear stuff like this and the real reason comes out, the INS was justified. In the beginning howver, the INS is proudly made out to be like the gestapo by some upstart reporter looking for a story...
