Seems like it would be more on the mark to call a terrorist a terrorist, even if they were on your own side.

As for an alternative to the term "terrorists", perhaps he can use "evil-doer" as one of our own did. None of it really matters to anyone who saw the planes hit the WTC. We know. If I had the chance I'd let uw teach me how to take that knife between my teeth...
