Quack! Quack! Quack!
Sounds like a duck to me!

SB and JM,

6,000 people died in the WTC. Many millions more lost their life savings in the stock market.

IMHO, your "debate" would have been tolerable 18 months ago, but is out of place now.

look left on the chart einstein. look back to the beginning of the mania blowoff in 1995 for the major tech indices. Again, get a clue.

find the weekly stick high supports on the ntap chart, and then find where the long term rising trendline from the '96 lows intersects with those lines. You can do the work. That's my next target for the price of the stock, and I think it will get there in due time. There's some gap support on the daily, but since you're such an insightful fellow, I'll let you find that too. I'm sure that will fill.

It might take months, maybe even a year or two to get to those final targets, maybe weeks, there will probably be some great bear rallies in the interim; but based on the current technical condition of the vast majority of long term domestic, and foreign indices, not to mention the fundamental macro economic global situation, I'm confident the upcoming global recession they are forecasting will be realized. That will drag even the best stocks to well below fair valuation, it has in the past, and it will this time too.

It is what it is. I don't want it to be that way, and i don't like it any more than you, but at least I'm honest and objective enough to try to look at every point of view and weigh it equally, short and long term, instead of spouting nonsensical market colloquialism's.

I think war and killing sucks, I've spent thousands of hours talking with veterans about their experiences, and the horrors of war. I thank as many as I can each for their sacrifices, do you? I've extensively studied and read about the history of conflict since before my teenage years...have you? I fly an American flag from my front porch every day, and have since I bought this place over ten years ago, and I volunteer and am active in my local community and government, so you can stick your accusations about my motives and character too.

My credibility isn't suspect. That's a joke. I'm not the one posting from behind some ironically inappropriate alias, you are. You are a person who thinks he can say whatever he pleases in this public forum with no consequence.

This is all about standing up for what is right. Standing up to people who try to shout down opposing viewpoints like you did to me, and then hiding out behind an anonymous alias. If this country can stand up to terrorists who think they can push people down who don't agree with their views, then it should be an example for the people too.

The President himself has asked us to continue with our daily routines, but remain vigil. I think that's great, and I'll do just that... and if you think this recent tragedy gives you the right to step up your loudmouth rudeness in the name of patriotism, your a bigger fool than you appear.

The plain fact is, you can't admit you were so wrong, and still are... it's really sad. At this point i could care less, I'm finally finished with your B/S.

When the COMPX gets to 750 or so in the next couple years, I won't bother to come back and rub your face in it, believe me, it won't be worth it.
