We're not going to use the concept of war. We're going to use WAR. I know you like to puff up and say we are using WAR, but in fact we are operating as an international criminal prosecution. This is no more a war than was the conflict in Somolia even though in both cases troops were used and lives were lost. It's not your fault, the commander is using the words of war. The problem is the words of war are used only to gain advantage in congress and not to prosecute an actual war against a state or against the concept of global terrorism. It is somewhere between and exageration and a hoax. TP
