William Godshalk, Vice President, Keefe Bruyette

New York, Sept. 28 (Bloomberg) -- William R. Godshalk, 35,
vice president, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Inc.

Godshalk, a resident of Manhattan, became engaged three weeks ago,
the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

Godshalk, from Yardley, Pennsylvania, was a 1984 graduate of
Pennsbury High School. He graduated from the University of Alabama
in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in history, and worked in sales
for a carpet manufacturer and as a stockbroker before joining
Keefe Bruyette, an investment bank, in 1995.

Besides his fiance, Godshalk is survived by his parents; sister; two half-sisters;
and a half-brother.

A memorial service is scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday.
