Re KRB: An article written about 2 months ago analyzing the credit card sector pointed out that KRB would be the most vulnerable to increasing bankruptcies because the average balance their cardholders carried was higher, and also because so-called "prime" borrowers tended to run up their balances before declaring BK (I guess figuring that if they can't get around it, might as well party on to the bitter end...or else just trying to milk the cards to stave it off as long as possible). In any event, the market certainly hasn't priced in that possibility, and I agree that they are the best short in the sector right now. I'll probably whack 'em after Green Day (if not immediately after the Fed meeting on Tuesday).
