Even if we must sacrifice some civil liberties.

I'm not at all comfortable with that statement. IMO, we lost far too many of our civil liberties before 9/11 even happened. I don't want to live in a police state. The American public must be extremely vigilant to ensure that measures to combat and eliminate the terrorist scum aren't twisted by our own resident ayatollahs to suit their own agenda. There are plenty of people in this country, of varying ideological persuasions, who would welcome and applaud further diminution of our freedoms.

Instead of giving up liberties-- let's just pull our troops out of the 100 countries they are in.

Would you like it if their were Chinese troops on US soil?

"No way! But, that would never happen.." you might think. I agree-- but, in those 100 countries that IS how they feel.

And let's not confuse "liberties" of flying, etc with REAL LIBERTY.

If you choose to fly-- you give up your "liberties" to fly-- I have no problem with that-- private companies for the most part. And it is your choice.

But, I am not willing to have my face scanned, my iris scanned, or wear the anti-christs mark.

(The Mark? I bet all of you $1,000.00 that WILL come up as policy in the next year. After the CFR and Bilderbergers meet that is. That is where Policy comes from for those that are unaware automatons...)
