At that point the market has reached high levels of irrationality>> this also a critical point on which all my studies indicate to be valid.This is the prime reason i remain in the belief we are still locked in a Primary Bear Trend,our historical bands of evaluation simply have not broken into the the other extreme to the extreme we had at the max point of the Primary Bull Trend that crested in early 2000.In fact earnings overall have been declining so rapidly with the market itself,the downside remains quite real to me--one's man's opinion.Max
