Your graph says that Canada never had a murder rate above 3% or so. Maybe CB's figures include suicides. I withdraw my observation that cute and cuddly Canadians are more murderous than European Americans <g>

USA does break it down by race sort of, white, black, "other" -
"white" is non-Hispanic white. I see that murder rates in the US
have come down quite a bit since 1991, which is the year for the
data I published earlier. The data that Kyros published
is newer - South Africa is amazing. Sorry the table came out
so bad but I am not going ot take the time to fix it.
