One scenario not considered by my analysis is the possibility of an entirely new rate of growth. But the reality is, with layoffs set to double and money being poured into Pakistan, India, etc., the ONLY ting keeping our economy afloat presently is government spending. Who else is buying?

Not the unemployed. Not the folks with worthless stock options. The folks teetering on the edge of unemployment? Nope.

Spending on telecoms has dried up. Are there sectors where spending can be expected to increase?

BLUD & BUD may be it....
