Not so much. The fathers came to France in the mid sixties till 74 to construct buidings, car assembling and garbage collecting. They thought they'd go back home after a few years of "money making". As they were allowed to bring their family into France in the mid seventies, soon their new kids were born here, kids that asked nothing, that owe nothing and that are legally French. There are at least six cities where Arab communities are very present in their part of town and into which the police does not enter. Strasbourg, where a dozen cars burn every night. No one knows why any more. Toulouse ( where the explosion was).
