Do you really think that futher attacks on U.S. soil will end if we don't take action? We ignored this problem before, and it didn't go away. We brought to trial the terrorists who were directly involved in the WTC bombing. and it didn't go away We brought to trial the terrorists who blew-up a plane loaded with students in Scotland and it didn't go away The time to be 'reactive' is over. The time to be pro-active has just begun. An attack on U.S. soil that killed 7,000 U.S. citizens in an act of War. We are now at War.
