Good morning Dave, Greenspan has urged Congress to wait a little longer to assess the economic impact of the attack and not to rush with a stimulus package. That led me to believe the Fed will not cut 50 on Tuesday after having cut 50 just 2 weeks ago. Remember there're 2 more FOMC meetings after Tuesday before the year is over. One on Nov 6, another one Dec 11.
