Until they do, there will be no settlement. Israel will not agree to a settlement which guarantees its destruction. Allowing several million Palestinians residency within the State of Israel is political suicide. If the Palestinians can not accept the political realities, they will continue to be held by their muslim brethren in concentration camps. Their choice.
