And how do you know?
For sure.
It's fine to say it over and over, but try to prove it.
After all, Osama has a "truth" too.

"Universal Truths"

truth (trth)
n. pl. truths (trthz, trths)

1.Conformity to fact or actuality.
2.A statement proven to be or accepted as true.
3.Sincerity; integrity.
4.Fidelity to an original or standard.
5.
a.Reality; actuality.
b.often Truth That which is considered to be the supreme reality and to have the ultimate meaning and value of existence.

Let's throw out number one- because it does not seem possible to prove "facts" about what is "better" in fact or actuality- it's a matter of preference and perspective. So Truth proven? You can't prove your statement. Accepted as true? By a simple majority of humans on the planet? By everyone? By a preponderance? Let us now take a look at "universal".

u·ni·ver·sal (yn-vûrsl)
adj.

1.Of, relating to, extending to, or affecting the entire world or all within the world; worldwide: “This discovery of literature has as yet only
partially penetrated the universal consciousness” (Ellen Key).
2.Including, relating to, or affecting all members of the class or group under consideration: the universal skepticism of philosophers. See
Synonyms at general.
3.Applicable or common to all purposes, conditions, or situations: a universal remedy.
4.Of or relating to the universe or cosmos; cosmic.
5.Knowledgeable about or constituting all or many subjects; comprehensively broad.
6.Adapted or adjustable to many sizes or mechanical uses.
7.Logic. Encompassing all of the members of a class or group. Used of a proposition.

"Truth is truth" you say. And "universal" is no doubt universal. Because you say it is so, or people you like to agree with say it is so, it is so. Interesting. Perhaps you could list all the universal truths that simply are truths? Even if you can't prove them, you could at least list them. Is it a long list?
