According to you.
He clearly feels he is religious.
His followers feel he is religious.
Many Muslims who aren't his followers feel he is religious.
And since religion caters to feeling, with a disregard for logic, feeling is first.
There are no brakes on a truly fanatical religious person. They are living for the next life, not this one. You can certainly say you don't like his religion, but I don't really see how you can say it isn't a religion just because you don't like it.

Please, Osama is not religious in any sense of the word.

Wrong. What makes him especially dangerous is that he is religious in every sense of the word.
