I am looking for the Hong Kong rules and regulations for short selling. I believe I could live with those rules in America. Full disclosure and the lender is the actual owner of the stock put up for collateral.

Robbing banks used to be illegal till someone passed a law against it.

Rande,

The only thing one needs with a bag of gold or silver is to be able to bribe yourself out of a hostile country! Other than that if it gets as bad as you seem to think things are going to get, nothing will be worth anything! If the American dollar looses it's value in the world then I doubt gold or silver will do anyone any good! Thanks for being so scared for it makes me feel good about my bullishness for the stock market and about where we as the U.S. stands at the moment, for I believe we are on the edge of a major new movement here in U.S. where people are going to get back to what is important in life and living life too it's fullest. Where Dem. and Rep. will work closer together, where families will come before work and the all mighty dollar! We will be proud to be Americans and where the world will become safer than any other time in history! This will in return start a whole new bull market just as we as a nation have always turned a bad situation into a better situation and this will be no exception!

OT> What a difference a home run makes. Barry Bonds is now the home run king, passing McGuire's record last night and is now on track to break Hank Aaron's career record. One more fat 5 year contract should do it. 500+ homers AND 500+ stolen bases. Even his godfather, Willie Mays, never did that.

Guys. . . .check your baseball card collections. This is the time to sell sell sell. Bonds card is hot. . . as long as it is perfect. Here's a lucky seller with his reserve met and bids as high as $3850. . . hello, Mickey?http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1012044502

Here are some more: search.ebay.com

Ricky Henderson passed Ty Cobb's hitting record this week as well. And Roger Clemens is to the point where he is breaking one pitching record after another. What is he going for . . . his 6th Cy Young Award? Amazing feats by some dedicated ball players.

Hey, I may even sell my Willie Mays. . . . not!!
